Feedback is most definitely encouraged. You can post comments without having to create a Disqus account by clicking onto the ‘Name’ field. This will cause the “I’d rather post as a guest” checkbox to become visible, enabled. Entering your name, email address does NOT create a profile nor is this info used beyond serving as meta-data for the actual post. Only a small portion of a guest poster’s email address appears in the website’s moderator approval page, for contact purposes if necessary. The moderator is able to search for all posts with a given guest email address. Straight from the Disqus Guest Commenting help page:

Neither a Disqus account nor profile will be created using your credentials. This also means all benefits of having a registered account, such as being able to customize your profile, change settings, edit/delete your comments, are not included when commenting as a guest.
Commenting as a guest also means you will not be subscribed to email notifications of new comments, including replies to your comments.
Guest comments will not be approved automatically, and must be manually approved by a site moderator to appear on the page, regardless of whether Pre-Moderation has been enabled.
